Booking tickets
Please follow this step-by-step process to secure your tickets and seats!
- Purchase ticket(s) directly from a Clef via Venmo.
- Please send 100.00 USD to Secunda Kariuki (Venmo details will be relayed by your Clef contact).
- Fill out this Google form to request your seat(s).
- Please fill out the form as many times as the number of tickets you are purchasing!
- It is imperative that you fill out the form as soon as possible after purchasing tickets in order to reserve a seat with The Clefhangers. If you do not, we may not be able to contact you to continue the seat selection process and/or (worst case scenario) refund your purchase if there are no longer seats available.
- Within 24 hours of submitting the Google form, you should receive a confirmation email from Angela Ahn (aa4301@columbia.edu) regarding your seat(s). Only when you receive this email is the purchasing process complete.
- Once all tickets have been sold, you will receive your tickets electronically. Further instructions and information will be provided at that time.

What is the Christmas Spectacular Show at Radio City Music Hall?
An annual family-friendly Christmas performance known internationally for showcasing The Radio City Rockettes. There will be holiday music, impressive dancing, and, of course, an appearance by Santa Claus himself! Here are some clips from a 2019 show.
How long is the show?
The show will run for 90 minutes with no intermission.
Are these tickets discounted?
Yes! The price of tickets to the Christmas Spectacular purchased on Radio City Music Hall’s website fluctuate based on demand at any time. With added fees, tickets from the Radio City Music Hall website for the December 4th 10pm show in our seat range cost about $125. However, if you buy tickets from us, the total price will be $107.72 ($100 ticket + $7.72 Eventbrite fee) and is not subject to change! In summary, you’ll save about $17.28 per seat! And you get to support your favorite a cappella group at your favorite university! :)
How/when will I get my ticket?
After we sell all the tickets, we’ll receive all 50 tickets from Radio City Music Hall. At that point, we will distribute the tickets electronically to all buyers.
How do I choose my seat?
Right after you buy your ticket, please fill out this Seat Selection Google form requesting the seat(s) you would like. At the top of the form, you should be able to see a seat map with available seats highlighted. If you’re having trouble with any part of this process, please reach out to The Clefs as detailed below.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable except in the case that The Columbia Clefhangers are unable to perform at Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular on November 21, 2021 at 5pm EST. In that case, the price of tickets will be refunded to all buyers (100.00 USD), but the Eventbrite fee (7.72 USD) will not be refunded.
